Raj is a prolific researcher in marketing and strategy issues. He has published award winning papers in top international strategy journals. He has also written academic papers in developing new statistical methods for use in marketing research. He is an expert in developing individual and aggregate-level marketing models that assess Return on Loyalty Investments. His Ph.D. dissertation documented the phenomenon of variability in customer loyalty across territorial markets and developed factors to explain this variability. In addition, Raj has also worked on developing factors that explain brand extension success, and assessing the impact of technological innovations on firm survival and performance. As the chief technology officer of C3R, he interfaces with academic researchers around the country on behalf of C3R and is responsible for developing cutting-edge analytical and research capabilities for C3R. Raj has a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Houston.
