Mike is an extremely adroit consumer researcher. He has a gift of connecting with people and understanding them as consumers. He blends his deep understanding of consumer behavior with his skill in communicating with individuals and groups to provide powerful insights and revelations about consumer behavior. He has published his research in Marketing Letters, Journal of Business Research, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, and Journal of Consumer Marketing.
