
C3R knowledge resources are drawn from advances in academic research as well as research done by leading industry associations.
The C3R team consists of marketing strategists, academic experts, Ph.D. level marketing researchers, and an executive team of marketing MBAs and undergrads. In addition, the Center for Brand Research is supported by an experimental research facility.
Our internal R&D in the Center for Brand Research currently focuses in the areas of web branding, interactive video processing on the web, and online interactive advertising testing. In addition, we are developing strategic advertising modeling methods and customer equity frameworks for customer satisfaction and equity tracking. We also participate in collaborative research endeavors with our clients on current marketing issues arising due to changes in the marketing environment. We have conducted several strategic research projects in consumer branding, financial product strategy, web site branding and design, theme park product design, hospital satisfaction and branding, competitive assessment, and marketing mix optimization. |
